Q: I want to build my own brand, but MOQ is too high. What can I do?
Answer: Our Color MOQ is 10 sets/color, and Logo customization starts from 20 sets/style — far below the industry norm of 50–200 sets/color. You can mix sizes freely within each color. For example, 10 sets of Navy can be: XS×2, S×3, M×3, L×2. We have a dedicated "small brand incubation program" — most of our US clients started exactly like this. Talk to us and we will find a way.
Q: Can your quality match FIGs?
Answer: Our 205 GSM Premium fabric is formulated to match the hand-feel of FIGs' signature fabric — soft, four-way stretch, and comfortable for long shifts. It passes OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, color fastness Grade 4–5/5, and 40+ wash cycle durability tests (SGS tested). We currently do OEM for several US D2C scrub brands. Contact us to request sample pricing and lead time.
Q: How long for samples? What's the minimum order quantity?
Answer: Samples in 7 working days. Production in 15–30 working days depending on order volume. Color MOQ is 10 sets/color (sizes can be freely mixed). Logo customization starts from 20 sets/style. We support "sample first, then production order" — see the quality before committing.
Q: How much does shipping to the US cost? How is it calculated?
Answer: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing for USA, Canada, Mexico, LATAM, and the Middle East — meaning freight + customs clearance + import duties are all included in one price.
